Road notes #8

Rolling through Mississippi now—about 4 ½ hours out from one of our Texas stops before we eventually head back toward Colorado.

Made a quick stop halfway through for a couple personal pizzas—because road trip rules say you don’t skip the random food stops 🍕

Mississippi fun fact:
It’s home to the Mississippi River, one of the longest rivers in North America, stretching over 2,300 miles and cutting right through the heart of the country.

There’s something about crossing through states like this that reminds you just how big everything really is.

Miles behind us, more ahead—and still moving forward.
